Most clients see a visible difference after the very first session. A course of ten sessions delivers the best long-term results.

Microneedling uses fine needles to trigger your skin’s natural collagen production. We numb the area first so it’s comfortable. Expect mild pinkness for 24–48 hours afterwards. It’s ideal for acne scars, stretch marks, fine lines and general rejuvenation. We offer microneedling for the face, scars, stretch marks and scalp.

Peptides are tiny protein messengers that tell your skin to produce more collagen, repair itself and stay firm. They work with your skin rather than forcing a reaction. We use peptide-based products across our CACI treatments, microneedling sessions and skincare recommendations because they deliver real results without aggression.

Most clients see an immediate lift after session one. We recommend a course of ten for lasting results, ideally twice a week to begin with, then monthly maintenance. We offer several CACI options — from the Face & Jowl Lift Synergy to the Red Carpet Facial — and will advise the right one for you at consultation.

Sensitive skin is absolutely not a barrier. Many of our most popular treatments — including CACI Skin Calm and our bespoke Advanced Facials — are specifically designed with reactive skin in mind. We always begin with a consultation to review your skin history and ensure everything we do is right for you.

Much less than you’d expect. We apply a topical numbing cream before we begin, so most clients feel only a light scratching sensation. Pain tolerance varies, but the overwhelming majority are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is. We check in throughout and can pause anytime.

Results last 12–18 months depending on your skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. Your treatment includes a mandatory 6-week follow-up appointment to perfect the result. After that, we recommend an annual colour refresh (£175) to keep your brows looking sharp.

PhiBrows Microblading creates individual hair-like strokes for a natural, realistic result. Ombre / Powder Brows give a soft, make-up finish with more definition. Powder brows tend to last longer and suit oilier or more mature skin. Lenka will recommend the best option for your skin at consultation. We also offer PhiShading — a combination of both.

Days 1–3: brows appear darker and bolder — totally normal. Days 4–10: gentle peeling and possible fading. This is expected — don’t pick. By weeks 4–6 the colour settles beautifully, ready for your follow-up. During healing: no swimming, saunas, heavy exercise, or makeup on the brows.

Yes — microblading works wonderfully for sparse, thin or patchy brows, including those that have thinned with age. Every result is custom-drawn to your face shape. Some contraindications apply (pregnancy, blood thinners, certain skin conditions) — we cover all of this at your consultation and will always suggest the best alternative if needed.

Extensions follow your natural lash cycle and look their best for the first 2–3 weeks. Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep them full. We offer infill pricing up to 37 days — beyond that a new full set is usually needed. Avoid oil-based products near the lashes to extend longevity.

Classic (1:1) — one extension per lash. Natural, mascara-like finish. Russian Volume (2–6D) — handmade fans for a full, dramatic look. Hybrid — a mix of both for a textured, full-yet-natural result. We also offer Cashmere and Mega Volume sets. Iveta will recommend the best style at your appointment.

Not when applied correctly. Iveta assesses each lash individually and never applies more weight than your natural lashes can support. The most common cause of damage is picking extensions off at home — always have them professionally removed (£15). Contact us between appointments if you notice any irritation.

An LVL Lash Lift curls and lifts your own natural lashes from the root — nothing added, no adhesive. Lasts 6–8 weeks and is ideal for a low-maintenance, no-mascara look. We pair it with a lash tint for maximum effect. Extensions add extra length and volume but need infills every 2–3 weeks. We offer both — happy to advise.

Most clients ditch mascara entirely once they have extensions — that’s the point! If you do wear it, use a water-based, oil-free formula only. Oil-based products break down the adhesive and cause premature shedding. The same applies to makeup removers. We can recommend compatible products at your appointment.
